Thousands of women use hi® for overall pelvic wellness — through clothing, in just minutes a day. A patented percussive and vibratory system originally designed with women's pelvic health at its core. Whether you're solo or partnered, hi® is built for your body.

At some point, almost every woman deals with some form of pelvic floor challenge — weakness, tension, post-childbirth changes, or simply the gradual effects of time and hormones. Studies suggest 25% of younger women, 50% of middle-aged women, and 75% of older women experience these changes.
The standard advice? Kegels. But kegels alone don't address muscle tension, tissue integrity, or circulation. They don't reach the fascial network that connects your pelvic floor to the rest of your body. And they certainly don't take three minutes through your clothing while you lie on the couch.
hi® was built for exactly this gap. And it was built by a woman's husband — who spent sixteen years perfecting it because he wanted it to actually help her.

Stress-based pelvic floor challenges are often caused not just by weakness, but by imbalanced muscle tension — where one side is in spasm, pulling the urethral sphincters out of alignment. Even strong Kegel muscles can't close properly if they're misaligned. That's why hi® targets more than just strength.

High-amplitude percussion compresses the lower abdomen several thousand times per minute. This induces rapid myotatic reflex contractions — automatic muscular responses that help retrain and tone the pelvic floor without conscious effort.
The hi® blue vibrational guide targets nerve regions including the sacral parasympathetic, sacral plexus, and puborectalis muscles. This vibration reaches tissue beyond the reach of percussion alone — improving circulation, reducing tension, and supporting overall tissue integrity.
Targeted vibration on lymph node clusters in the pelvic region clears metabolic waste, reduces inflammation, and supports the body's natural repair cycle. The same protocols professional therapists use — done at home, in minutes.
All three hi® pelvic techniques are designed to be performed fully clothed. You don't need to expose or prepare anything. The percussive stimulation travels through fabric and reaches deep tissue. A light pad may be worn if needed.
The health benefits of percussive and vibratory massage — including relieving muscle spasm, increasing flexibility, improving blood and lymphatic flow, releasing tissue adhesions, and inducing myotatic reflex contractions — are well established in scientific literature.
In 2007, a peer-reviewed study applied this principle specifically to the perineal region. Women used a small percussive device for a few minutes daily. After six weeks, the results were significant.
"At 6 weeks the cure rate (no incontinence episodes) was 73%, with durability through 3 months with 67% still reporting persistent resolution."*
*We are not making any medical claims about hi® or these results. This study used a separate device. The hi® system applies related principles with significantly greater amplitude and dual-modality stimulation. Please speak with your healthcare provider.

The 2007 study aligned a percussive tool to the perineal region — the same approach hi® expands upon, with higher amplitude and vibratory stimulation.
hi® pelvic massage is built around three distinct positions that work together to address the full range of pelvic floor muscles. All performed through clothing. No clinical setting required.*

hi® is placed sideways across the lower abdomen, just above the pelvic bone. Percussion compresses the bladder several thousand times per minute, generating pressure waves that appear to cause the urethral sphincters to spontaneously contract and adapt. This position also helps release tension in the surrounding abdominal muscles that can affect pelvic alignment.

Percussive stimulation traveling into the lower abdomen and bladder.

hi® spans the pubic symphysis — one percussive head above, one below. Stimulation travels through the mons pubis directly to the urethra and urethral sphincter, appearing to induce myotatic reflex contractions and stimulate general circulation. Optionally, the blue vibrational guide can be activated to target the puborectalis, iliococcygeus, and bulbocavernosus reflex.

Simultaneous compression above and below the pubic symphysis.

The upper head rests just below the pubic symphysis, sending stimulation directly into the vulva, urethra, and vaginal canal. This strongly activates the puborectalis, pubococcygeus, and iliococcygeus muscles. An alternative side placement directly stimulates the sacral plexus on each side — appearing to improve overall pelvic health and responsiveness with regular use.

Broadest pelvic floor stimulation of all three positions.
*No medical claims are made. These techniques are based on the known benefits of percussive and vibratory massage applied to pelvic floor muscles. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice.
hi® was built for women, first. Before the couples protocols. Before the sports recovery program. The very first application Dr. Steve McGough developed was to help his wife recover from post-surgical tissue adhesions and pelvic health challenges.
Women use hi® solo for overall pelvic wellness, post-partum recovery support, managing the effects of hormonal changes, and the kind of full-body nervous system reset that a tense pelvic floor often needs more than anything else.
What most women tell us: within the first week, something shifts. The muscles feel different. Sleep gets deeper. The chronic tension they didn't realize they were carrying starts to ease.
Thousands of women have made hi® part of their daily self-care practice — not because they had to, but because they looked forward to it.

The solo practice is powerful. The couples practice is transformative. When a partner uses hi® on you — slowly, attentively, with intention — the nervous system receives care in a way it rarely experiences. And what happens after that kind of care has surprised thousands of couples.
The hi® couples method begins with the partner doing the work. This reverses the typical dynamic where women manage their own self-care in isolation. Being on the receiving end of attentive, skilled care is itself deeply restorative for the nervous system.
Most couples use hi® as the anchor of their evening wind-down. The protocol is short enough to actually happen every night, and structured enough that both partners know what to do. Phones down. Presence up. The body learns that safety and connection are available.
When a partner understands the protocols and participates in them, the woman's pelvic wellness stops being a solo concern and becomes part of the relationship's rhythms. What starts as support becomes intimacy. Sixteen years of couples have told us the same thing: they got more than they expected.
