Stress Relief, Recovery, and Real-Life Rituals
Steve speaks about how body-based routines can help people shift out of tension and into a calmer, more restorative state. This includes practical conversations about winding down, evening routines, and why the best wellness tools are the ones people actually use consistently.
Pelvic Wellness and Body Awareness
Steve can speak about pelvic wellness in a respectful, mainstream way centered on relaxation, support, circulation, comfort, and helping people feel more connected to their bodies.
Couples Connection and Shared Rituals
Steve also speaks about how simple shared rituals can help couples lower stress, reconnect, and create more warmth and ease in daily life. This makes him a strong fit for interviews focused on relationships, emotional connection, and practical support for couples.
The origin of hi®
The origin of hi® was deeply personal. Steve began developing the early concepts while trying to help his wife Wendy recover from painful tissue adhesions after emergency c-section surgery and years of severe medical complications. What began as an attempt to support Wendy’s recovery eventually led to years of experimentation, prototyping, and refinement.
The current version of hi® grew out of a long development process that the company describes as 12 years of research. Over time, that work evolved into a broader wellness approach centered on relaxation, recovery, pelvic support, and connection.
That founder story still shapes Steve’s perspective today: wellness tools matter most when they are practical, repeatable, and able to become part of real life.
