Your lymphatic system clears the metabolic waste that keeps you sore, puffy, and slow to bounce back, but unlike your blood, nothing moves it for you. The hi® Lymphatic Flow Protocol is the recovery secret weapon that gets it flowing: patented percussion and vibration, paired with breathwork, in about ten minutes a day.

Your circulatory system has the heart to keep blood moving. Your lymphatic system has nothing. It depends entirely on movement, breath, and external stimulation to flow, which is exactly why modern life clogs it.
Sit for long hours, carry chronic muscle tension, or live under steady stress, and lymph fluid stagnates, thickens, and pools. The result shows up as inflammation, puffiness, fatigue, and recovery that drags on longer than it should.
Lymphatic release massage reverses that flow, pushing stagnant fluid from your extremities back toward the center of the body where it can be processed and eliminated. But the gateways have to be cleared first, or the fluid drains like syrup. That's the job this protocol does.
The lymphatic system resists manual pressure at its choke points. Mechanical vibration is what gets past them, and the research backs it up.

Deep breathing and targeted work on the shoulders, lower back, and sacral region activate the vagus nerve and your parasympathetic "rest and repair" state, the same state that lets lymph flow freely and the body actually recover. hi® routines are specifically designed to relax the muscle groups that govern this response.
Low-frequency vibration relaxes the tight fascia and muscle around lymph nodes, then pushes congested fluid through the blockages that resist manual pressure. The gentle blue vibe guide is built for exactly these delicate gateways.
Percussive massage triggers rapid myotatic reflex contractions: the muscle clenches and releases quickly, squeezing lymph through its one-way channels. On the thighs, back, shoulders, and arms, this moves fluid in a way nothing passive can.
Deep diaphragmatic breathing massages the cisterna chyli, your abdominal lymph reservoir, creating an internal vacuum that pulls lymph upward into the bloodstream. It also activates the vagus nerve and your parasympathetic "rest and repair" state.
A two-armed, randomized, controlled trial found that low-frequency vibrotherapy considerably improved the effectiveness of manual lymphatic drainage. Vibrating the key lymph points first produced a dramatic increase in drainage. Published in PubMed, 2018 — pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29847188

Most recovery tools give you percussion or vibration. Lymphatic work needs both, and the hi® System is the rare tool that delivers them in one unit, each independently controlled.
Purpose-built to gently stimulate the fragile lymph regions: above the collarbones, under the arms, behind the knees, the inner thigh, and the cheeks. Low and slow, where percussion would be far too much.
Drives deep into tense thighs, shoulders, and back to trigger the myotatic reflex that squeezes lymph through its channels, while relaxing the muscle groups that govern your parasympathetic response.
No battery to die mid-protocol. Wall-powered for sustained, therapist-grade sessions, with an extension cable long enough to reach every zone comfortably, on yourself or a partner.
The protocol is genuinely effective used by itself. But its real edge is what it does before your other recovery work: by clearing the major node zones first, it opens space for fluid to drain, so whatever you do next lands harder.
Clear the gateways, then stack it with the techniques you already use:

If the twelve major node zones are blocked, fluid pools no matter how good the technique downstream. Tension in these areas has been shown to cause lymphatic congestion. Relax and clear them first, and the same massage, the same movement, the same sauna session suddenly does far more.
Clear the metabolic waste from training so muscles repair sooner and soreness fades faster.
Move pooled fluid out of the legs, arms, and face so you feel lighter instead of heavy and slow.
A flowing lymph system is your body's filtration and immune network, doing the work it's built to do.
Deep rhythmic breathing activates the parasympathetic state, where the mind settles and clarity returns.
Shoulder, lower-back, and sacral work is tuned to relax the muscles that govern your parasympathetic response.
Optional pelvic work profoundly activates the parasympathetic response and supports lower-body lymph return.*
Here's the shape of the protocol from start to finish. The full guided techniques, for yourself and for a partner, are taught step by step inside the hi® training and live classes.

Percussion on the thighs, behind the neck at the shoulders, both shoulders, and the lower back, to relax the major muscle groups that drive your parasympathetic response.
Lying down, inhale four counts, hold one, exhale six. Ten slow breaths to wake up the cisterna chyli and start the internal lymph pump.
The blue vibe guide on low, gently, well away from the neck. This is the body's main drain pipe, so it's always cleared first.
Vibrate the lymph nodes under the armpit, then glide slowly up the inner upper arm with light pressure, breathing throughout.
The guide just below the breastbone, into the upper abdomen, while you hold slow, deep belly breaths and simply feel it.
The guide just below the navel, optionally circling slowly, continuing the deep abdominal breathing that drives drainage.
The popliteal nodes, gently pressed into the back crease of a slightly bent knee, one side then the other.
Slow sweeping passes from above the knee up to the groin crease, clearing the inguinal nodes, keeping the leg soft and relaxed.
If you want a full reset, the optional pelvic technique profoundly activates the parasympathetic response and lower-body lymph return.*
Return to slow belly breaths, optionally with a soft "Om," and let everything you've moved drain and clear.
One of the most exciting frontiers in lymphatic science is the glymphatic system, the brain's overnight cleanup cycle that flushes waste out through cerebrospinal fluid. As we age, that rinse cycle slows. Emerging research suggests the gentle techniques in this protocol may help.

The protocol above is the map. The actual hands-on techniques, pressure, timing, angle, and how to do every zone safely on yourself or a partner, are taught live and on demand, the way you'd learn from a therapist.

The same patented device and training that powers this protocol is the foundation of the full hi® System: sports recovery, lymphatic wellness, brain-health work, and a connection ritual built for two.
