Psychologist and sexologist Dr. Massimo Fontana is building a set of clinician-guided programs that use the hi® System on pressure points and key nervous system pathways. The goal is simple to say and hard to do well: help the body move out of survival mode, so the mind can follow. Join the list to hear the moment these programs open.

Dr. Massimo Fontana is a psychologist, sexologist, and mediator who works with high-functioning adults: people who look composed on the outside while carrying strain, burnout, or disconnection underneath. His practice spans individual therapy, couples work, and clinical sexology, organized around a model he calls the Six Domains: the psychological, emotional, relational, physical, financial, and spiritual parts of a life that all affect one another.
He has worked with thousands of people through his practice and a following of more than forty two thousand on TikTok. He has known the founders of hi® for years, and what drew him in was the device itself: a tool precise enough to reach the physical and nervous system layer of the work he already does in the room.
That is why he partnered with hi®, and why he is now building a dedicated set of programs around it.

His work integrates existential psychology, cognitive therapies, family systems, and clinical sexology into one direct, structured approach for people ready to face what is out of alignment.
In this short video, Dr. Fontana explains what first caught his attention about hi®: a patented combination of vibration and percussion that works on lymphatic flow, pressure points, fascia, and the parasympathetic nervous system, the body's rest, recover, and heal mode.
He also talks about what he is building next. As he puts it, many people have been carrying stress in their bodies for years without realizing it, and when those patterns finally release, it can feel like a different way of living becomes possible.
The foundation of Dr. Fontana's method is that the hi® System runs two genuinely different mechanisms. They reach different layers of the body and do different work, which is what lets a session open the body and then settle it.
Deeper, rhythmic input that reaches into the fascia, the connective layer where chronic tension and old holding patterns sit. This is the mode that helps a body release a stuck, frozen, braced state, because it is hard to stay shut down while the body is receiving steady, grounding input.
Lighter, faster input that works closer to the surface, where the nerve endings that talk directly to the vagus nerve and the brainstem live. Used at the right places, it nudges the body toward its calm, regulated state, and at sensitive points near the jaw and the base of the skull it reaches important cranial nerve pathways.

The first program Dr. Fontana has written is a structured, sixty minute session delivered remotely, with him guiding the whole way. It follows the body's fascial chains through five sites, each one tied to a layer of emotional holding and to a point used in Chinese medicine. People often come to it after a painful relationship, when the body is still carrying what the mind has tried to move past.
The session begins at the chest, the place where grief and closed-off attachment are held. Percussion opens the area, then vibration helps the breath drop and deepen on its own.
The gut holds what a person sensed early and talked themselves out of. Work here helps that pre-verbal knowing surface, the part that registered something before the mind had words for it.
The throat carries the things that were never said. Gentle vibration along the side of the neck, well away from anything delicate, helps that long-held tension begin to move.
The jaw is where a false self-image often calcifies, the narrative a person absorbed from someone else and began to believe. Vibration at the jaw reaches the trigeminal nerve and helps it loosen its grip.
The base of the skull holds the nervous system's threat watch, the part that keeps scanning long after the threat is gone. Vibration here speaks to that sentinel directly and invites it to update and stand down.

hi® is Lifespan Certified by the Lifespanning group, an independent program whose validation board of scientists and longevity experts reviews products for scientific grounding and ethical standards before they earn the mark. It is a third party saying the work holds up, not a claim we made about ourselves.
On top of that independent review, the hi® device is built and tested to international safety and quality standards.
The Percussion Release Protocol is the first. Dr. Fontana is developing programs across the areas where an overloaded nervous system shows up most. Here is where the work is headed.
Body-based ways to work with what talk alone has trouble reaching, paced and held with professional support.
Practical skills to move out of fight, flight, or freeze and back into a calm, regulated baseline more often.
Steadier mood, more resilience, and a way to process feeling without getting flooded or shutting down.
A repeatable way to discharge the load of a demanding life, so it stops accumulating in the body.
Loosening the inherited stories that shape how a person sees themselves, and building a truer footing.
Feeling present with yourself and with a partner, the ground that closeness and intimacy actually grow from.
Dr. Fontana is still building and refining this work. Join the list and you will be among the first to hear when the Percussion Release Protocol and the programs that follow become available.
A note on care. These programs are guided wellness and educational experiences delivered with professional support. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or emergency care, and the hi® System is a wellness device, not a medical one.
If you are in crisis or struggling with your safety right now, please reach out to a local mental health professional or your nearest emergency service. Body-based work can stir up strong feelings, which is exactly why Dr. Fontana's clinical sessions are guided rather than done alone.
